Neben seinen Schwerpunkten wie evidenzbasierte Medizin, CRM und akute Notfallinterventionen bringt er Expertise aus besonderen Einsatzbereichen mit: Als Waffensachverst\u00e4ndiger sowie in der Einsatzmedizin ist Simon auch bei lebensbedrohlichen Einsatzlagen gefragt. F\u00fcr FOAM-Live berichtet er daher vor allem aus diesen Spezialgebieten. Durch das EMGLEX-Austauschprogramm war Simon u.a. am Cook County Trauma Center in Chicago \u2013 Fans von Emergency Room wissen, was das hei\u00dft. Seine gro\u00dfe Leidenschaft gilt der Aus- und Weiterbildung: Besonders in den Bereichen Stressresistenz, Resilienz und taktisches Vorgehen vermittelt Simon praxisnahes Know-how.
